With over 150 years of experience as a removal company, we like to think that we have the removal process ironed out so that each removal runs as smoothly as possible. Although we appreciate that every removal is different, we believe that our process and experience in the city of Leeds makes us the right people for the job.
Our removal process is split down to four easy steps
1. Get In Touch
Choosing your removal company is a big step. Leading up to the move, there will be plenty of brochures, leaflets and scouring the web in search of the right one. But its only when you make contact with the right removal company then you know which one is the right one for you. At Britannia Turnbull’s we can call upon the national prowess of the Britannia network while applying it on a local and friendly level.
When you contact Britannia Turnbull’s, you will be in touch with experts in the removals industry in Leeds with some of our staff having over 25 years expertise earned while working for Turnbull’s Removals. You can get in touch easily using the following methods:
Phone: 0113 262 4111
Email: info@britanniaturnbulls.co.uk
Face to face: Education House, Education Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire. LS7 2AL.

- Local reliable company

2. A Removal Price
Once you are in touch with our friendly team then the next thing is to get a no obligation price for your move. This can be done by two ways:
Home Visit – we can arrange with you an appropriate time for one of our experienced estimators to visit your home and have a look round your property. Our estimator will go around the property checking rooms and cupboards with you to establish a volume for the move which is then used to calculate a price.
Home Contents Form – If it is not suitable to arrange a home visit then we can send you a form to fill in. This is for you to take around each room of the property to mark what furniture is in each room. When this is sent back to us then our estimators will use this to calculate a price for the removal.
3. Make a Booking
When you are ready to make the booking then it is simply a case of pinning down a date for the move and then making the payment. It is at this point where our team will provide information on insurance and waivers that can help cover the costs of any delays.
4. The Big Day
On the move day itself it is time for you to let us do the hard work. All of our removal crews are uniformed and trained in accordance with the British Association of Removers and will have been provided with preparatory knowledge of the move. They will aim to make sure that the day runs as smoothly as possible but in the rare occurrence that there has been an issue then our support team is on hand to help.
